MATCHDAY SEATING & WHEELCHAIR USER AREAS
Home Supporters: Wheelchair user areas are available in Row A of the Colin Farmer Stand, or the wheelchair users’ section adjacent to the Farrar & Tanner Stand. Wheelchair user spaces and personal assistant (PA)/companion seats are subject to availability as capacity may be limited and should therefore be booked in advance.
Away Supporters: Wheelchair user spaces are located in the Hazelwoods Stand. PAs/companions are seated within designated areas next to the wheelchair user space. These are also subject to availability and can be bought through the away team in advance.
There is no specific location for ambulant disabled supporters. The ticket office can advise on the best location depending on the needs of individuals. To get in touch, please email tickets@ctfc.com or call 01242 573558.
TICKET PRICES
Wheelchair User Areas: Prices for both these sections are charged at the price of standing areas, according to the age of the supporter. It is preferable, but not essential if wheelchair users are accompanied by a PA/companion.
Ambulant Disabled: Supporters pay the standard price for their age category in whichever area of the ground they choose.
PA/Companion Tickets: If a supporter with a disability would be unable to attend unaccompanied, then a PA ticket will be provided free of charge for the same area of the ground. Supportive documentation, such as DLA/PIP or receipt of Carers Allowance, may be requested at the ticket office.
Tickets are available to book at the ticket office, or online at: https://cheltenhamtownfc.ktckts.com/. A ‘tag’ may be required to access certain price types or locations for online bookings. If you have not booked previously, please contact the ticket office to get this tag added to your account.
MATCHDAY CAR PARKING & ACCESS
Accessible parking is limited at the EV Charger Points Stadium, but we will always strive to help in every opportunity. Please contact the club's main office to check availability and book a space in advance. Accessible parking is rarely available unless booked ahead of matchdays.
Please note the access from the car park is on the Smarta Energy Community Stand and Prestbury Road End side of the ground, whereas the Colin Farmer Stand is on the opposite side of the ground, so we advise allowing plenty of time to get from the car park to turnstiles.
